Payments

This page shows you how to manage payments and subscriptions for your pharmacy.

Payment History

  1. Log in to the Seller Dashboard on your computer
  2. Click Payments in the left menu
  3. You will see a list of all your payments:
    • Date — when the payment was made
    • Type — what the payment was for
    • Amount — how much was paid
    • Status — completed, pending, or failed

How Payments Work

When a customer places an order:
  1. The customer pays using Chapa (mobile money or card)
  2. The payment is processed and held securely
  3. When the order is delivered, the payment is released to your account

Payment Methods

You can receive payments through:
  • Mobile money (Tele Birr and other services)
  • Bank transfer — funds are sent to your registered bank account

Set Up Your Payment Details

  1. Go to SettingsPayment Info
  2. Enter your bank account details:
    • Bank name
    • Account number
    • Account holder name
  3. Enter your mobile money details:
    • Mobile money provider
    • Phone number
  4. Tap Save

Subscription Plans

PharmaNet offers subscription plans for pharmacies that want extra features.

Subscribe or Change Your Plan

  1. Go to PaymentsSubscription
  2. See your current plan
  3. Tap Change Plan to upgrade or downgrade
  4. Choose the plan you want
  5. Follow the payment instructions to complete

When you pay for featured products (promotions), the payment appears in your history under Featured Product Payment. See Promotions for more details on featured products.
Tip: Keep your payment information up to date so there are no interruptions to your service.
