Account Settings

This page shows you how to manage your pharmacy account settings.

Access Settings

On mobile:
  1. Open the PharmaNet app with your pharmacy account
  2. Tap the Profile tab
  3. Tap Settings
On the web dashboard:
  1. Log in to the Seller Dashboard
  2. Click Settings in the left menu

Edit Your Personal Information

  1. Go to SettingsPersonal Info
  2. You can update:
    • Your name
    • Your email address
    • Your phone number
    • Your profile photo
  3. Tap Save to keep your changes

Edit Your Pharmacy Information

  1. Go to SettingsPharmacy Info
  2. You can update:
    • Pharmacy name — your business name
    • Store slug — your pharmacy’s web address (for example: your-pharmacy-name)
    • Address — your physical location (use the map to adjust)
    • Phone number — your pharmacy’s contact number
    • Operating hours — what time you open and close each day
    • Photos — update your pharmacy photos

Update Payment Information

  1. Go to SettingsPayment Info
  2. Update your bank account details or mobile money details
  3. Tap Save

Notification Preferences

  1. Go to SettingsNotifications
  2. Choose what notifications you receive:
    • New orders — get notified when a customer places an order
    • Chat messages — get notified when a customer sends a message
    • Order updates — get notified when an order status changes
    • Payment confirmations — get notified when payments are processed
    • Promotions — get notified about promotion opportunities

Dark Mode

  1. Go to SettingsAppearance
  2. Turn Dark Mode on or off
  3. Dark mode changes the app to a darker color scheme that is easier on the eyes at night

Switch to Customer View

On the mobile app, you can switch to see PharmaNet as a customer would:
  1. In Settings, tap Switch to Customer View
  2. You can browse products and see what customers experience
  3. To switch back, tap Switch to Pharmacy View

Log Out

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Tap Log Out
Tip: Keep your pharmacy information up to date so customers can find you and contact you easily.
