Manage Products

This page shows you how to manage your products on PharmaNet.

View Your Products

On mobile:
  1. Open the PharmaNet app and log in with your pharmacy account
  2. Tap the Products tab or Inventory from your dashboard
  3. You will see a list of all your products
  4. Use the search bar to find a specific product
  5. Use filters to sort by category or stock status
On the web dashboard:
  1. Log in to the Seller Dashboard on your computer
  2. Click Products in the left menu
  3. You will see your full product list with search and filter options

Add a New Product

  1. Tap or click Add Product
  2. Fill in the product details:
FieldWhat to Enter
Product nameThe medicine or product name
DescriptionA short description (what it is, what it does)
CategoryChoose from the list (pain relief, antibiotics, etc.)
PriceHow much the customer pays
Stock quantityHow many units you have
DosageThe strength or dosage (for example: 500mg)
ManufacturerWho makes this product
Expiry dateWhen the product expires
Prescription requiredTurn on if customers need a prescription
PhotosUpload up to 5 photos of the product
  1. Tap Save or Add Product

Edit a Product

  1. Find the product in your list
  2. Tap or click the pencil icon (edit)
  3. Change any of the details
  4. Tap Save to keep your changes

Delete a Product

  1. Find the product in your list
  2. Tap or click the trash icon (delete)
  3. Confirm that you want to delete it
  4. The product will be removed from your catalog and customers will no longer see it

Stock Status Colors

Each product shows its stock status:
  • Green — In stock (enough quantity)
  • Yellow — Low stock (running low, order more soon)
  • Red — Out of stock (none available)

Low Stock Alerts

When a product runs low:
  1. You will see a notification on your dashboard
  2. The product will show a yellow stock indicator
  3. Order more stock from your suppliers before it runs out
Tip: Keep your stock information up to date. Customers rely on accurate stock counts when placing orders.
