PharmaNet is a platform that connects customers with verified pharmacies. You can search for medicines, compare prices, order online, and get delivery to your door.Is PharmaNet free to use?
Yes, the PharmaNet app is free to download and use. You only pay for the medicines and products you order.Do I need a prescription to order medicine?
Some medicines require a prescription. The product page will tell you if a prescription is needed. You can upload a photo of your prescription during checkout.Which payment methods are accepted?

How do I create an account?

How do I know if a pharmacy is verified?
Verified pharmacies show a verification badge on their profile. PharmaNet checks all pharmacies before they can start selling.Can I contact a pharmacy before ordering?
Yes, you can chat with any pharmacy by tapping the Chat button on their page.How do I rate a pharmacy?
After receiving your order, go to the pharmacy’s page and scroll to the Reviews section. Tap Write a Review to leave a rating and comment.Technical Questions
Why am I not receiving the SMS verification code?
Check that you have entered the correct phone number. If you still do not receive the code, try:- Waiting a few minutes and requesting a new code
- Checking your phone signal
- Contacting support for help
The app is running slowly. What can I do?
Try these steps:- Close the app and open it again
- Clear the app cache in your phone settings
- Make sure you have the latest version of the app
