# Reports

> Track your sales and see how your pharmacy is performing.

# Reports

This page shows you how to view reports and understand your pharmacy's performance.

## View Your Reports

Reports are available on the **Seller Dashboard** on your computer:

1. Log in to the Seller Dashboard
2. Click **Reports** in the left menu

You will see:

### Sales Overview

* **Total sales** — how much you have earned
* **Number of orders** — how many orders you have received
* **Average order value** — how much customers spend on average
* **Sales this week / this month / this year** — filter by time period

### Charts

* **Sales trend** — a line chart showing your sales over time
* You can view by **day**, **week**, or **month**
* Hover over the chart to see exact numbers

### Top Selling Products

* A list of your best-selling products
* Ranked by number of orders
* See which products make you the most money

### Orders Summary

* Total orders received
* Orders by status (pending, processing, shipped, delivered, cancelled)
* See how many orders you completed successfully

## Export Reports

You can download your reports:

1. On the Reports page, click **Export**
2. Choose your format:
   * **PDF** — a document you can print or share
   * **CSV** — a spreadsheet you can open in Excel or Google Sheets
3. Choose the **time period** (this week, this month, custom dates)
4. Click **Download**

## Why Reports Matter

Reports help you:

* See which products sell best — stock more of them
* Spot slow periods — plan promotions
* Track your growth — see if your business is improving
* Make better decisions — know what to order and when
