# Dashboard

# Dashboard

Your dashboard shows you everything about your pharmacy at a glance.

## Mobile App Dashboard

1. Open the PharmaNet app and log in with your pharmacy account
2. You will see your dashboard with:

### Stats Cards

At the top, you will see numbers that update in real time:

* **Total Sales** — how much you have earned
* **Pending Orders** — orders waiting for your action
* **Total Medications** — how many products you have listed
* **Low Stock Items** — products running low that need restocking

### Charts

* **Weekly Sales Trend** — a line chart showing your sales over the past week
* **Top Performing Products** — your best-selling medicines

### Recent Orders

* A list of your most recent orders
* Tap any order to see details and process it

### Low Stock Alerts

* Products that are running low are highlighted in **yellow** (low stock) or **red** (out of stock)

## Web Dashboard (Seller Dashboard)

The web dashboard on your computer gives you more detailed information:

1. Go to the PharmaNet Seller Dashboard website
2. Log in with your pharmacy email and password

You will see:

### Navigation Menu

On the left side, a menu with these options:

* **Dashboard** — the main overview
* **Products** — manage your product list
* **Orders** — view and process orders
* **Reports** — detailed sales reports
* **Payments** — payment history
* **Promotions** — promote your products
* **Settings** — your pharmacy settings

### Dashboard Overview

* **Stats cards** — same as the mobile app
* **Sales chart** — a bigger, interactive chart
* **Recent orders** — with action buttons
* **Top products** — ranked by sales
* **Inventory alerts** — low stock warnings

## Refreshing Your Dashboard

* On mobile: **Pull down** on the screen to refresh
* On web: The dashboard updates automatically, or click the **Refresh** button
