# Create Your Account

> Sign up, log in, and manage your PharmaNet account.

# Create Your Account

This page shows you how to sign up, log in, and manage your account.

## Sign Up for a New Account

1. Open the PharmaNet app
2. On the welcome screen, tap **Sign Up**
3. Enter your **full name**
4. Enter your **email address**
5. Enter your **phone number**
6. Create a **password** (at least 8 characters with a number and capital letter)
7. Tap **Continue**
8. You will receive a **6-digit code** by SMS
9. Enter the code to verify your phone number
10. Choose **Customer** as your account type
11. You are now signed in and ready to use PharmaNet

## Log In to Your Account

1. Open the PharmaNet app
2. Tap **Log In**
3. Enter your **email** and **password**
4. Tap **Log In**

You can also log in using:

* **Google** — Tap the Google button and choose your account
* **Apple** — Tap the Apple button and use Face ID or your password
* **Biometrics** — If you have set up fingerprint or face unlock, you can use it to log in quickly

## Forgot Your Password?

1. On the Log In screen, tap **Forgot Password**
2. Enter your **email address**
3. Check your email for a password reset link
4. Tap the link and create a new password
5. Log in with your new password

## Log Out

1. Go to your **Profile** tab
2. Scroll down to the bottom
3. Tap **Log Out**

> **Tip:** You need to log in to place orders, track deliveries, and chat with pharmacies. You can browse products without logging in.
